Good Day;
We downloaded the latest version of PC suite for the Maxisys, installed it on the computer and we keep getting an error message that PCLink cannot communique with adobe reader.
Adobe reader is installed on the computer, we thought at first that there might have been a problem with adobe reader and PCLink because adobe reader was in French, so we uninstalled adobe reader (French version) and reinstalled the English version and we are still getting the same error.
Do not have an anti-virus on the PC.

Hello.
Which version of Adobe reader are you running on the computer? And what is the operating system of your computer?
If you uninstall the Adobe reader software from the computer and install PC Suite software only on the computer, does the error message still come out?
If you have another computer, you can also install the PC Suite on it and see what will happen.
